ERIC GOH
Eric, Co-founder of Motor Edgevantage, brings over 25 years of automotive expertise. His career spans roles at Performance Motors (BMW), Comfort Group (SEAT, Maserati), and Premium Automobiles (Audi), culminating in 15 years at Wearnes Automotive. There, he led aftersales operations for brands like Bentley, Jaguar, Land Rover, Renault, and Volvo, and served as Managing Director for Wearnes’ China operations.
JOEL TAN
Joel, Co-founder of Motor Edgevantage, brings nearly two decades of automotive expertise. He has held key roles in sales and aftersales with Borneo Motors and Wearnes Automotive, where he advanced from Parts Manager for Volvo to Group Parts Manager overseeing all brands. Before co-founding Motor Edgevantage, Joel served as Aftersales Manager for Bentley.
KHOR HEE SIN
Hee Sin, our Senior Diagnostic Technician, brings over 15 years of expertise from top dealerships, including BMW, Jaguar, and Land Rover. A certified National EV Specialist (NESS), he is fully qualified to handle electric vehicles with precision and safety.
TOH GHEE HUAT
Ghee Huat is our workshop warden of Motor Edgevantage. His responsibilities include vehicle cleanliness, and facilities, tools and equipment maintenance.

Yap Kim, our Technician, brings over 15 years of experience from independent workshops and authorized dealerships. With expertise in brands like Jaguar, Land Rover, and Volkswagen, he is also a certified Level 1 High Voltage Expert, qualified to handle EV systems safely and effectively.
MANDY NEO
Mandy, Head of Customer Experience at Motor Edgevantage, brings over 20 years of expertise in customer service. With 17+ years at Volvo, she delivers unmatched dedication and insight to elevate our customer journey. She is also a certified National EV Specialist (NESS), fully qualified to handle electric vehicles with precision and safety.
TAN HOCK SAN
Hock San, our Chief Workshop Warden, oversees workplace health, safety, and environmental standards. As our insured driver, he also ensures seamless vehicle collection and delivery, minimizing customer disruption.
KATHRYN LEE
Kathryn, our Service Experience Officer, brings over 26 years of expertise from Wearnes Volvo. A trusted face in Singapore’s Volvo community, she is well-known to many past and present Volvo owners. She is also a certified Level 1 High Voltage Exprt, qualified to handle EV systems safely and effectively.
CLEMENT TAY
Clement is a graduate of our Work-Study Diploma in Land Transport Engineering (Vehicle) Programme, developed in collaboration with the Institute of Technical Education. He showcased exceptional expertise in customer service, specializing in Volvo vehicles, and is also a certified ITE mentor. He is also a certified Level 1 High Voltage Expert qualified to handle EV systems safely and effectively.

Yin Rui is a graduate of our Work-Study Diploma in Land Transport Engineering (Vehicle) Programme, developed with the Institute of Technical Education. He excelled in repair and maintenance, specializing in Audi, Bentley, Porsche and Volvo vehicles. He is also a certified Level 1 High Voltage Expert qualified to handle EV systems safely and effectively.
MAXX THONG
Maxx, our Senior Technician, brings over 10 years of experience from both dealerships and independent workshops. Most recently, he spent 3 years at Jardine C&C Mercedes-Benz. A certified Level 1 High Voltage Expert, Maxx is fully qualified to handle EV systems safely and efficiently.

Wai Hoong, our Senior Technician, brings over 10 years of experience from both dealerships and independent workshops. Most recently, he spent 3 years at Jardine C&C Mercedes-Benz. A certified Level 1 High Voltage Expert, Wai Hoong is fully qualified to handle EV systems safely and efficiently.

Teik Choon, our Body & Panel Technician, has over 15 years of experience with authorized dealers in Malaysia and independent repair shops in Singapore. He specializes in restoring both steel and aluminum body panels.
