Motor Edgevantage is the brainchild of visionaries, Eric and Joel. Motor Edgevantage seek to disrupt the premium and luxury automotive repair workshop industry by positioning itself as a reliable alternative to address the evolving needs of premium and luxury car owners in Singapore.

Assembling the best mix of talent from the industry with our team of dealer-trained and certified multi-skilled technicians, backed up with a well equipped, highly automated workshop, Motor Edgevantage specializes in repair services for Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover, Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and other premium continental brands.

COMPANY MILESTONES

SKILLSFUTURE SINGAPORE EMPLOYER AWARD 2022

Motor Edgevantage is a proud recipient of the 2022 SkillsFuture Singapore Employer  Award (Silver) for championing employee’ skills development and building a lifelong learning culture at the workplace.

Minister Chan Chun Sin commended on Motor Edgevantage for adopting a skill-based approach to career progression and hiring, having implemented structured human capital development to ensure that employee skills development remains a priority. It taps on the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit to upskill employees in emerging skills through various programmes, including technical courses at the Institute of Technical Education, lean skills development and even overseas specialised skills training. Motor Edgevantage has embarked on automation to improve productivity and has redesigned work scope to continue leveraging the experience and expertise of its older workers.

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Motor Edgevantage believes in giving back to our communities. We are actively involved in various projects. These projects include home care outing for Dover Park Hospice patients and continuing education. We make a yearly contribution to Institute of Technical Education (ITE) for the advancement of education for automotive engineering students.

 CONTRIBUTION TO END-OF-LIFE PALLIATIVE CARE INITIATIVES

Motor Edgevantage has chosen to work with Dover Park Hospice. Besides funding, we also organise home care outing for their patients. At these outings, our staff volunteer their time. Together with Dover Hospices’ staff and volunteers, we fetch the patients and family members for a short tour followed by a simple lunch. These sessions are usually very emotional and memorable to all participants.

Motor Edgevantage strongly believes that education is a key social leveller. As such, we contribute to ITE Education Funds annually to support the advancement of education for automotive engineering students. We are honored that ITE has awarded the Motor Edgevantage Book Prize to deserving students to help them in continuing their education.
